  • I like when they talk about abuse by the parents, they seem to ignore the forced abuse the kid receives at school, mental and/or physical. Think the kid's not getting made fun of or bullied daily? These situations need to account for all aspects of abuse.

  • Sorry, but sub-5% is a very stupid goal. Pro Bodybuilders are able to do it, but they use things like Anavar or Winstrol to preserve lean body mass while at a caloric deficit. The lower the bodyfat goes, the more the body will fight to preserve bodyfat at the expense of muscle.

  • American debt woes (not counting WWII) have arisen most markedly in the 20th century with the Reagan tax cuts of 80. Roll back the tax cuts to '79 levels. Cut spending to 1996 levels. Raise the borrowing ceiling so we have reprieve long enough to implement steps 1 and 2. Problem solved.
